We are committed to ensuring your orders arrive accurately and efficiently. Below, you will find a detailed overview of our processing times, shipping options, and delivery procedures.
1. Order Processing
Every order is individually processed, which includes inventory confirmation, careful inspection, and secure packaging. This crucial step ensures your items are perfect and protected for their journey. Please allow 1-3 business days for this process to be completed before your order is dispatched from our warehouse.
2. Transit & Delivery Timelines
Once your order leaves our facility, the following estimated delivery times apply via our standard shipping services:
- United States, Canada & Australia: 6-12 business days.
- International Destinations: Delivery times may vary. Please contact us for an estimate.
While we provide these estimates based on carrier data, please note that transit times are not guaranteed and can be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs processing or carrier delays. We will, however, make every reasonable effort to inform you of any significant delays we become aware of.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery destination and order value.
- Free Standard Shipping is automatically applied to all orders with a subtotal of $60 or more.
- For orders under $60, a flat-rate Standard Shipping fee of $10 will be charged.
4. Tracking Your Order
The moment your package is on its way, the waiting turns into watching. You will receive an automated Shipping Confirmation email that includes your unique tracking number(s) and a direct link to monitor your parcel’s progress in real-time.
5. Policy on Shipping Damage or Loss
It is important to understand that once a package is in the hands of the shipping carrier, the responsibility for the safe transit of the package lies with them.
If your order arrives damaged or appears to have been tampered with:
- Do not discard any materials! It is essential that you retain the original shipping box, all internal packaging, and the damaged item(s).
- Immediately contact the shipping carrier (e.g., USPS, FedEx, etc.) to file a formal damage/loss claim. They will often require an inspection of the packaging.
